Job Description / Responsibility:
- Receive inbound calls courteously.
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical and lasting solutions.
- Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
- Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
Job Nature: Contractual
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Honours Degree
- Must have soothing voice quality.
- Must have the ability to handle various types of customer.
- Telco/ Bank/ Other MFS work experience will be preferable.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary Range: Negotiable
