Employee Banking Service Officer
- Support Sales team with client facing activities
- Provide administrative support in dealing with ongoing client service issues, on boarding of new clients/products, and ongoing monitoring processes (e.g., AML/CDD, credit etc.)
- Serve complex service needs of Clients
- Educate and steer client for interactions with the bank via online, machine channels
- Any additional service focused mandates to be discussed separately
- In-depth knowledge in all Retail Banking products
- In-depth knowledge in Banking practices, regulations and credit policies
- Sound knowledge in MS Office
- Good Communication skills in English
- Ability to solve problems and close issues independently
- Strong Analytical Ability
