Branch Manager
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Strengthen existing customer relationships for the growth of branch business
- Establish sales goals and activities to book new customers
- Ensure effective processes and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
- Providing high quality customer services
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Post Graduate degree/ MBA from recognized local or foreign universities

- Age 35 to 45 year(s)
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in reputed banks with minimum five (05) years as Branch Manager
- Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services/ Bangladesh Bank compliance issues and real time online banking environment
- Ability to achieve business commitment
- Strong leadership quality with ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Geographic mobility and flexibility

Salary Range: Negotiable
