| MYCash, Mobile Banking of Mercantile Bank Ltd with a view to bringing the mass into the fold of banking activities towards financial inclusion.
To meet the growing needs of MYCash, we need competent candidates for following post on contractual basis.
Territory Officer (TO):
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly target individually
- Visit assigned numbers of agents daily
- Ensure proper PoSM execution & management at agent point
- Conduct local campaign in market place
- Conduct Door to Door (D2D) campaigns for new customer acquisition
- Maintain proper business relationship with agents/dealers/distributors
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (No 3rd Division is allowed)
- Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh
- Age not exceeding 30 Years
- Minimum 01 (One) years experience in relevant field
- Experience with Telecom, FMCG, MFI, Pharmaceuticals and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority
- Must be skilled in operating Microsoft Excel.
The Selected Candidates will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration on performance basis BDT 16,500.00.
