Job Description / Responsibility:
  • He/She should be capable of :-
  • Developing new deposit and investment business and commitment to customer service.
  • Achieving asset and liability targets and cross-selling bank products and building a strong investment portfolio.
  • Ensuring good relationship with prospective and existing customers.
  • Communicating & maintaining high levels of staff motivation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group & local directives for prevention of Money Laundering activities.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
  • University Graduates. MBA preferred.
  • For experienced candidates educational requirements would be flexible.
Experience Requirements:

Job Requirements: Age At most 35 year(s)
  • 6-7 Years Banking experience with minimum 2-3 years of branch banking experience.
  • Strong sales experience of banking products.
  • Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as added qualification.
  • Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial markets.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure

Company Secretary

Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Sound knowledge about statutory and regulatory requirements for efficient administration of banking company including corporate governance/ best practices.
  • Capable to act as a point of communication between the Management, Board of Directors and Company’s Shareholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Organize meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Annual General Meeting; and keep the proceedings, maintain the Minutes and ensure implementation of decisions;
  • Practical exposure of the affairs of the Shareholders & share related works & issues.
  • Filing annual returns covering AGM/Board/Auditors;
  • Publication of the company’s annual report and accounts.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
    Post Graduate in any discipline preferably with a degree of Chartered Secretary FCS/ FCA/ FCMA/ ACS.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Company Secretary/Share Operation, Share Department/Company Secretariat
Job Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 year(s)
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in this field and 05 years of experiences as a company secretary or deputy company secretary in Bank/Financial Institution.
  • Sound knowledge of overseeing the function of the Bank in line with Companies Act, Bank Company Act.
  • Dealing with matters relating to compliance with corporate laws, RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE & Bangladesh Bank.
