Core Responsibilities:
- Marketing and generate Retail Loans & Credit Cards as per target set by Retail Division, Corporate Office
- Preparation of loan proposal and placement of the same to Head of Branch/Head of Sales for recommendation
- Follow up loan application till disbursement or rejection with the practiced/agreed TAT (Time around Time)
- Monitor loan repayments and take proactive actions in case of late repayment
- Others activities assigned by Retail Division from time to time
Eligibilities:
- 4 years graduation in Business Administration/ Economics/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Marketing/ Maths English/ Engineering/ Statistics/ IT from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career
- Age below 30 years as on October 15, 2016
- Geographic mobility and flexibility, willing to work anywhere in the country
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team member and ability to meet deadlines,
- Computer literacy is essential
