Job Description / Responsibility
- Employment Type : Full Time Employment
- Job Grade: SO/PO
- Ensure the physical security of the Bank as per the policy of Country Security Unit of General Support Services.
- Ensure the security services of Security guards deployed at all the premises of the Bank.
- Maintain liaison with the concern representatives of Security Company for all related coordination in regards to guard / CIT services.
- Ensure the vigilance and alertness of the guards through periodical night visits.
- Monitor the asset movement inside and outside of the premises, take accountability of the entry and exit through security guards.
- Monitor and supervise the routine guard duties as per the Country Security policy of General Support Services.
- Carry out operation activities of Guard and CIT services.
- Preparation of training module for guards in respect to ATM card skimming and conduct training at Anik Tower.
- Active participation in relation to fraud and forgerycases as per direction by the line manager.
- Investigation in terms of security for designated mission.
- Arrangement of security for internal & external events like AGM/EGM, Branch inauguration, CSR sctivities etc.
- Need to attend training on occupational health and safety, CIT Insurance of the organization and Enterprise Risk Management to increase the efficiency level and implement the values in the organization.

Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant is preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, high motivational skill
- Proficient in computer skill
- Ability to take challenge with positive attitude to meet strict deadlines
- Capability of managing workloads and deal with sudden crisis/disasters/adverse situation
