Major Responsibilities
- Regular proactive and on demand research and analysis on new laws, new rules and regulations, development in technology or services, licensing, etc.
- Identifying international best practices, trends and developments
- Assist to advocate strategic issues and findings pertinent to business strategy
- Support the Head of Public and Digital Policy in drafting communication material to express the position of banglalink on different issues
- Create and utilize scopes of knowledge based engagement with government stakeholders
- Create and utilize scopes of strategic alliance with the other industry players and AMTOB attend meetings representing banglalink and representing AMTOB with external stakeholders on different policy matters

Required Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed UGC approved institute
|
|
Required Experience
- 6 years’ professional experience in research and advocacy related environment
- At least 4 years of experience in working with government and international agencies (preferably) representing telecommunication companies
|
|
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Good research skill
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong written communication skill both in English and Bangla
- Strong knowledge of local and international telecom and ICT policies
- Working understanding of financial regulatory structure
- Working knowledge of bureaucratic structure of relevant stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication regulatory compliance issues of Bangladesh
