Role Overview The objective of this role is to achieve target from Tele Sales Portfolio by maintaining good telephonic relationship with the portfolio and hence to push Business Solutions products and relevant solutions and also to maintain good lead flow for enterprise segment.

This is a good learning opportunity for fresh graduates to gain sales experience as well as corporate exposure.

  • This is a Non-regular position

 

Job Responsibility
  • Follow Tele Sales Account Management process to ensure good account management and revenue growth
  • Ensure revenue growth and good account management with Tele Sales Accounts
  • Maintain good relation with internal and external stake holders to manage smooth Tele Sales and Lead Management process
  • Arrange campaigns and take necessary initiatives to ensure revenue targets of Tele Sales Portfolio
  • Ensure 100% Retention of the telesales portfolio by maintaining effective tele-coverage model
  • Roll out campaigns to ensure good flow of leads for Direct Sales
  • Effective Lead Management by collect leads, validate leads and monitor the lead conversion ratio
  • VAS sales to increase revenue
  • Ensure smooth delivery of product through delivery support team/courier service
  • Run different sales and service campaigns among the low ARPU and AMPU users

 

 

Education and Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputed university
  • Previous Sales experience, Customer Service or Tele sales experiences will be given preference
Special Skill
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge in office applications
  • Good Voice quality
  • Active listening
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and understand the application of ICT solutions
  • Ability to sell concepts and ideas
