Role Overview |
Is responsible for preparing the GTM & budget of relevant campaigns in alignment with the Target Segment & Business objectives, ensuring appropriate marketing mix & media mix for each campaign, managing approval (financial/ activity level) of GTM from relevant stakeholders & ensuring effective creative & content in alignment with Brand strategy. |
Job Responsibility |
- Guide product owner in preparing comprehensive product brief
- Translate product brief into appropriate marketing plan
- Plan budget efficiently
- Explore innovative & effective solutions
- Ensure appropriate marketing mix & media mix for each campaign
- Manage approval (financial/ activity level) of GTM from relevant stakeholders
- Prepare communication brief for Creative Agency
- Oversee development of creative & content
- Manage approval of creative & content
- Implement the campaigns as per approved GTM & timeline (prepare checklist, follow-up production, follow-up media & ground level execution etc.)
- Ensure collaboration with all relevant stakeholders for smooth, comprehensive & flawless campaign execution (timely product launch, regulatory approval, channel readiness, customer service readiness, production readiness etc.)
- Devise & implement quick mitigation plan & modification to GTM to address business need/ attain business objective

Education and Experience requirements |
Education:
- Minimum – Graduate from any reputed university
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand/ marketing; exposure to retail/ sales/ product will be an added advantage
