Post 1: Manager-HR
Education: Post graduation in Business Administration (Specialization in HRM)/BSc Engineering in any discipline with post graduate Diploma in HRM.
Experience: At least seven years of practical experience in HR-Payroll Management, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development and Other Employment Relations.
Post 2: Asst. Manager (Safety and Compliance)
Education: Bsc. In industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
Experience: At least three years of practical experience in Building and Fire Safety, Occupational Health& Safety, Compliance issues relevant to business policy and legal issues, compensation and rehabilitation policy and practice.
Post 3: Assistant Engineer (Transportation)
Education: Bsc. In Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least two years of hands in working experience in vehicle maintenance, transportation scheduling and optimization of vehicle and transport related resources.
Post 4: Sub Asst. Engineer (Automobiles)
Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Experience: At least five years of practical experience in servicing heavy vehicles including overhauling engine, A/C system, electro mechanical drive systems and other major parts and accessories, and leading maintenance team.
Post 5: Sub Asst. Engineer (Mechanical)
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least three years of practical experience in overhauling and maintenance of heavy engines and machines including generators/motors/pump/lathe/milling/boring/elevator/boilers and other CNC/NC machines.
Post 6: Sub Asst. Engineer (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
Education: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Experience: At least three years of practical experience in installation, maintenance and servicing of electrical and electronics system in heavy engines and machines including generators/motors/pump/lathe/milling/boring/elevator and other CNC/NC Machine/PLC & servo mechanism.
Post 7: Jr. Officer (Export)
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: At least three years of practical experience in commercial documentation & production follow up. Must have capability in Microsoft office program, fluent conversation & writing in English, willingness to work with production team. He has to perform duty related to EPB, Bank, Freight Forwarder, Agents, Customs & VAT.
