Data Scientist (Level:Senior Assistant Manager)
Development of data Model: Identify customer base insights on large volume of data by developing different data modeling; Assemble different relational database to prepare necessary reports and analysis; Develop new analytical methods and/or tools as required; Adhere to change control and testing processes for modifications to analytical models; Create data definitions for new database file/table development and/or changes to existing ones as needed for analysis.
Data Mining: Participate in development of data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies; Assist research and make recommendations on data mining process; Work with application developers/data analyst to extract data relevant for analysis; Collaborate with unit managers, end users, development staff, and other stakeholders to integrate data mining results with existing systems; Provide and apply quality assurance best practices for data mining/analysis services; Respond to and resolve data mining performance issues; Assist data mining system performance and implement efficiency improvements.
Predictive Modeling: Develop new and fine tune different customer value/behavior based models to select accurate target group for regular BTL campaigns and enhance model performance; Ensure biweekly system generated base availability from BI team; Process reports with pre and post analysis on previous BTL’s performance along with model accuracy.
Project participation: Develop and assist to plan on required analytics based projects in response to business needs; Fine tune existing churn/revenue boost model for better performance; Involve various survey/collect customer feedback through internal teams to present customer behavior change and enhance existing model development for analytics along with effective data mining.
