Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Receive inbound calls courteously.
  • Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical and lasting solutions.
  • Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
  • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
Job Nature: Contractual
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Honours Degree
Job Requirements:
  • Must have soothing voice quality.
  • Must have the ability to handle various types of customer.
  • Telco/ Bank/ Other MFS work experience will be preferable.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary Range: Negotiable
